Online Exam Rules
As the Department of Foreign Languages, the rules that we need to pay attention to in our online exams during the Covid-19 period are as follows. Please read them carefully and discuss any questions with your class teachers.
- 30 minutes before the exam time, please be ready in the area where you will take the exam with all the devices necessary for the exam.
- Accept the request sent by our teacher from the platform where our teacher will watch the exam, place our camera as it should be and get approval from your teacher one by one.
- Do not change the position of the camera and your own position after your teacher gives approval.
Your computer and hands should not leave the camera angle. - You should not leave your seat after your teacher's approval. (For this, please take care of closing the windows and doors before coming to the area where you will take the exam).
- Everyone's camera and microphone must be on during the exam. If they are turned off, our teacher will warn you about this. Please pay attention to the warnings.
- The exams of students who do not pay attention to the warnings and whose camera or microphone is turned off will be invalidated.
When your exam is over, even if you have finished your exam in the system and you have said "SUBMIT", do not close any platform until your teacher tells you that the exam is over and you can leave.
